A MOS-FET input, CMOS output op-amp that will operate from a single or dual power supply, where input terminals can be swung up to 0.5V below negative rail. An external compensation capacitor between pins 1 and 8 permits adjustment of frequency/gain characteristic (typically 47pF). Offset null is achieved with 100k pot between pins 1 and 5 with slider to pin 4. Max input-terminal current is 1mA. The output can be strobed. |
